Plastic Auxiliary Machines Manufacturer in India

From material drying and feeding through to mixing, temperature control and scrap recycling, we design and build the auxiliary machines that keep an injection moulding, extrusion or blow moulding line running. Fifteen machine models across five categories, fabricated and wired at our own plant in Rajkot and supplied to moulders, extruders and recyclers across India.

Plastic Auxiliary Machines We Manufacture

Machine models across five categories. Select a category to see the machines built for that stage of your line. Every machine on this page is built in-house. That is the practical difference between us and most plastic auxiliary machines manufacturers in India.

Non Insulated Hopper Dryer

Plastic Hopper Dryers

Dry hygroscopic and non-hygroscopic granules before they reach the barrel, removing moisture that causes splay marks and weak weld lines.

Capacity

12–600+ kg

Drying temperature

up to 180°C

Plastic Drying Loaders

Drying Loaders

Combine a hopper dryer and a vacuum loader in one unit, delivering dried granules to the machine hopper in a single continuous step.

Capacity

25–300 kg

Footprint

Reduced vs two units

Euro Loaders

Compact loader mounted directly on the machine hopper, pulling granules from a nearby box or bag without a separate control panel.

Loading rate

up to 100 kg/hr

Mounting

Direct on-hopper

Separate Vacuum Hopper Loader

Vacuum Hopper Loaders

Pull granules, regrind or masterbatch from bags, boxes or a central silo straight into the machine hopper.

Loading rate

up to 300 kg/hr

Material path

Stainless steel

Multi Station Hopper Loaders

One vacuum pump feeding several machine hoppers in sequence, cutting the number of loaders needed on a multi-machine line.

Stations
up to 6
Sequencing
Automatic selector

Central Control Station

Manage material routing and drying status for multiple machines from a single centralized control point.

Machines fed
up to 12+

Control

Centralized PLC panel

Central Material Distribution Station

Route different materials from multiple silos to the correct machine through a valve manifold, without manual switching.

Outlets

up to 12

Control

PLC-sequenced valves

Vertical Batch Mixer Machine

Vertical Batch Mixer

Blend virgin resin with masterbatch, additives or regrind in a set ratio before it reaches the hopper.

Batch size

25–500 kg

Control

Manual & PLC-timed

Vertical Conical Mixer

Blends in a tapered vessel that empties fully with no dead corners, suited to frequent colour or material changeovers.

Batch size

15–300 kg

Vessel

Conical, self-emptying
Volumetric Dosers

Volumetric Dosers

Meter a fixed proportion of masterbatch or additive into the material stream by volume, for lines that don’t need a full mixer.

Dosing ratio

0.1–15%

Mounting

Throat or hopper-top

Mould Temperature Controller

Hold the mould surface at a set point independent of the chiller loop, keeping part finish and cycle time consistent shot to shot.

Water type
up to 120°C
Oil type
up to 200°C+
industrial chiller

Industrial Chiller

Circulate chilled water to mould, barrel and hydraulic circuits, holding temperature steady as ambient conditions change.

Capacity
1–30+ TR
Stability
±1°C

Low-speed Granulator

Reduce large sprues, runners and rejected parts with a slow-turning rotor, running quietly with less dust and heat build-up.

Speed
40–80 rpm
Feed opening

Wide, for bulky parts

Plastic Scrap Grinder

Granulate sprues, runners and reject parts into uniform regrind that blends straight back into virgin material.

Throughput

50–500+ kg/hr

Screens

4–10 mm

Plastic Flake Cutter

Slice film, sheet offcuts and washed flake to a uniform size for consistent feeding into extrusion or recycling lines.

Flake size

6–14 mm

Blade
Hardened tool steel

Why Seaways Machinery

Built and Backed by the Same Team

Four reasons Indian moulders, extruders and recyclers specify their auxiliary machines through us.

Fabricated in-house, not bought in

Design, sheet metal fabrication, assembly and panel wiring happen under one roof, so tolerances and after-sales support stay in our control.

Sized to your line, not a model number

Capacity, heater load and controls are specified against your actual material throughput and plastic type, not a fixed catalogue size.

Installed and commissioned on site

Our engineers travel to your plant to install, wire and run the first production batch alongside your operators before handover.

Spares held for fast turnaround

Heater elements, thermocouples, blower motors and control boards are stocked, so a breakdown doesn't stop your line for long.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What are plastic auxiliary machines?

Auxiliary machines are the support machines that work around an injection moulding, extrusion or blow moulding machine. They dry the granules, feed them into the hopper, mix in masterbatch, control mould and water temperature, and grind scrap back into usable regrind. The main machine makes the part; the auxiliary machines keep it running properly.

Which auxiliary machines does Seaways Machinery manufacture?

As one of the plastic auxiliary machines manufacturers in India building across all five categories, we make 15 machine models models across five categories: drying (hopper dryers, drying loaders), feeding and conveying (euro loaders, vacuum hopper loaders, multi-station loaders, central material distribution), mixing and dosing (vertical batch mixers, conical mixers, volumetric dosers), heating and cooling (mould temperature controllers, industrial chillers) and granulating and recycling (low-speed granulators, scrap grinders, flake cutters).

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are manufacturers. Design, sheet metal fabrication, assembly and control panel wiring all done at our own plant in Rajkot, Gujarat. We control build quality, we can change a design to suit your line, and the same team that built the machine also services it.

Can I get all the machines for one line from you?

Yes. Most customers start with one machine and come back for the rest, but you can source the full set. Dryer, loader, mixer, mould temperature controller, chiller and grinder, from a single supplier. One point of contact, one set of documentation, matched capacities across the line, and one number to call if something stops working.

How do I know which size or capacity I need?

Tell us your material (PP, PET, ABS, nylon and so on), your consumption in kg per hour, and the machine it will feed. We size the capacity, heater load and controls against your actual throughput, not a fixed catalogue model. Sending a photo of your existing setup also helps us suggest the right loader or mixer.

What do plastic auxiliary machines cost?

Price depends on capacity, insulation, material of construction and the type of controls you choose (analog or PLC). A small loader and a large chiller are priced very differently, so we quote per machine rather than give a single rate. Share your material and throughput on +91 99987 22228 or info@seawaysmachinery.com and we will send a written quotation with GST and delivery included.

Do you supply plastic auxiliary machines across India?

Yes, we supply moulders, extruders and recyclers across India from our Rajkot factory. Standard models are usually dispatched shortly after order confirmation. Custom-built machines take longer. GST invoicing, e-way bills and transport documentation are handled from our side.

Do you install the machine and support it afterwards?

Yes. Our engineers travel to your plant to install the machine, guide the electrical connections, run the first production batch with your operators and hand over only once it is running. Common wear parts such as heater elements, thermocouples, blower motors and control boards are kept in stock so a breakdown does not hold up your line. Annual maintenance contracts are available on request.

Can you build a machine to my specific requirement?

Yes. Beyond our standard range we build non-standard capacities, special temperature ranges, machines for a particular plastic and custom control panels. Because we are one of the few plastic auxiliary machines manufacturers in India doing fabrication and panel wiring in-house, a special requirement is a build change for us. Custom builds usually take a few weeks from order confirmation.
