All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are indicative.
Unless expressly stated, prices are exclusive of GST, freight, transport, insurance, installation, and other applicable charges, which will be quoted separately.
Prices for machinery are frequently quotation-based and may vary depending on model, capacity, customisation, and prevailing raw-material costs.
We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one confirmed in our official quotation or order confirmation.

Quotations, Orders, and Acceptance

Any price listed on the Website or shared in a quotation constitutes an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer.
When you place an order or accept a quotation, this constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation / proforma invoice.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where the Product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or the order cannot be fulfilled.

Payment Terms

Orders are generally processed against an advance payment or as specified in the proforma invoice, with the balance payable as per the agreed terms before dispatch or as mutually agreed.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods specified by us.
Products remain the property of Seaways Machinery until full payment has been received.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery of Products is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for custom-built or high-capacity machinery.

Warranty

Our Products are covered by a standard warranty against manufacturing defects for the period specified in the applicable invoice or warranty document.
The warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, improper installation (where not carried out by us), unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, electrical fluctuations, negligence, or failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions.
Consumable and wear parts (such as blades, screens, and filters) may be excluded or covered separately.
Extended warranty and annual maintenance plans may be available on request.

Installation, Service, and Support

We provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support services as agreed at the time of purchase. Charges for such services, where applicable, will be communicated in advance.

Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Due to the industrial and often made-to-order nature of our Products, orders that have entered production or been dispatched generally cannot be cancelled or returned.
Any cancellation request must be made in writing and is subject to our acceptance. Advance payments may be non-refundable for custom or in-production orders.

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Indian law before the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
